SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping is available on all orders.
- Domestic deliveries are handled through Dukaan Delivery and Shiprocket.
- Orders across India are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3–7 working days.
- Customers will receive a notification once the order is out for delivery in their area.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled only until the product has been shipped or marked out for delivery. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund amount will be processed after deducting shipping charges. Any taxes or related fees arising from the cancellation shall be borne by the customer.

Troopers Store – Return, Exchange & Refund Terms
1. Exchange Policy
Non-Offer Products
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customers may initiate the request by emailing troopersstore03@gmail.com or sending a WhatsApp message to +91-9891910231 along with the order number.
Exchange Procedure
To complete the exchange process, the product must be shipped to the specified address within 2 days. The item should be properly packed with bubble wrap and accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping expenses from both sides will be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Charges
Customers are required to bear the shipping cost for returning the product for exchange.
Exchange Resolution
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a coupon code equal to the product value will be issued within 5 business days. The coupon may be used for future purchases.
Offer Products
Exchange/Return
Products purchased under offers or sales are eligible only for replacement in cases where the item is damaged or missing, and replacement will be provided in the same design.

Return Procedure for Damaged Items
A pickup will be arranged for the defective item. After the returned product is received, a replacement item will be dispatched promptly.
Non-Damaged Product Returns
Customers wishing to return a non-damaged product must send the item back within 2 working days. The product must remain unused, in its original packaging and condition. Refunds for such returns will be provided only in the form of store credit or a discount code.
3. Refund Policy
Troopers Store does not provide refunds in cash. Instead, customers will receive a gift card or coupon code equal to the value of the returned product, which may be redeemed for future purchases.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped or marked out for delivery. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
If a prepaid order is cancelled or not accepted by the customer, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges. Any applicable taxes or related charges resulting from the cancellation shall be borne by the customer.
5. Important Notes
No Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for handmade items, sale products, or international orders.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
At Troopers Store, every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Once the faulty item is returned, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of full payment. Since dispatch generally takes place within 24 hours, your order will be considered accepted and completed once the goods have been dispatched by Troopers Store.
To cancel an order, you must send us an email with the subject line “Cancellation” and include your order number and address. Any return requests submitted after the stated three-day period shall be handled solely at the discretion of Troopers Store.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
